  • How do I book a hotel room?
    Upon arriving at either the Homepage or Book a Hotel page, select your city, enter your dates for check-in and check-out and specify how many rooms you’re looking for and how many adults will be staying with you. Then, click the Search Now button to look at available hotels in your targeted destination. To view rates and availability, click on the Property Name or Select buttons. After selecting your preferred room type, you’ll arrive at a Reservation Request Form where you can securely enter your payment information, review your reservation details and complete your booking by clicking Submit Reservation.

    Yes, your credit card information is secure and we go to great lengths to ensure this. We utilize a secure commerce server, which encrypts the credit card number and encodes it into a non-usable form

    There are a few possibilities:
    1. The credit card being used has expired
    2. You have exceeded your credit limit
    3. There is a computer error

    The short answer is “yes”. In order to provide our customers with such a wide selection of real-time hotel inventory at these great prices, a fee will be assessed on a per night basis, and will appear separately on your credit card bill. This charge will be billed from Hotel Hotline LLC, and is imposed to help offset the charges associated with processing your transaction. These charges are subject to change at any time, and are non-refundable.

    It will be indicated by the quoted rate if taxes and miscellaneous charges/fees are included.

    Yes, it is. Users may find a special request section on the Reservation Request Form to insert such requests and submit them to the hotel. Hotels will generally do their best to accommodate your requests, but we cannot guarantee the request will be honored.

    All rates are based on double occupancy per room, and are issued on a nightly basis unless otherwise specified. Extra beds such as roll-aways and incidentals may be subject to additional charges.


  • Back to top I should received a discounted rate, but it's not presenting this. Why?
    The rates displayed are the only rates available to this site for making reservations. To receive special rates for government, corporate, or senior status, you may need special documentation at check-in to confirm you are qualified to receive that rate.

    Hotel booking requests will produce a new screen showing an Itinerary Number, which you should retain for any future correspondence with us. You may also be quoted a Confirmation Number. Also, you will receive an email shortly after booking with us with your itinerary number and a confirmation number, if available.

    All hotel booking requests will produce a new screen showing an Itinerary Reservation. So the answer is – immediately!

    You can do this by clicking on the Customer Service tab on our site and then the Cancel Reservation link.


  • Back to top I don't have 24 hours to wait for a confirmation. What can I do?
    Hotel booking requests are usually processed immediately by our hoteliers, regardless of whether you receive a confirmation email. We advise you to contact the hotel if you’re under time constraints, but it usually isn’t a problem.


  • Back to top When will my reservation be at the hotel?
    Typically, your name will not appear at the hotel until 72 hours before your arrival date. Don’t worry though – your room is booked; it just doesn’t have a name attached to it.

    No, you’ll just receive an email from us which is all you need.

    You can view the Cancellation Policy on the hotel informational pages and on the hotel booking form. Cancellation policies vary from hotel to hotel, so you must read each one carefully.
