Airplane seats

Would you sit in the middle seat for $100?

A survey taken this past summer revealed that 25 percent of air travelers wouldn’t willingly sit there for anything. But 40 percent would be willing to sit in the center seat for just $100. This means that you could buy a window or aisle seat at regular fare and then sell it to someone who doesn’t want to sit in the middle on a crowded flight. If you don’t find any buyers, you still have the better seat.

Just make sure that you’re not in the emergency row because almost no one ever wants to sit there!
