Did you know that the Dallas Convention Center has the world’s biggest bronze monument? It depicts 40 enormous longhorn steers, horses and cowboys. It says Texas all over it without a single word spoken or written. When you think of Dallas, you think about the best steak you’ve ever eaten. People who are planning a visit to San Antonio almost always put a few of the same basic attractions on their lists of things to see. They make plans to walk along the San Antonio Riverwalk. There will be two major landmark attractions that you will be intent on seeing if you get the opportunity to visit San Antonio, Texas. The first is the famous Riverwalk where you will do your shopping and dining. The second is The Alamo. Although the latter is a historic site, it is also the home of a museum that provides visitors with important information about the history and culture of San Antonio.
