Airlines have become more accommodating to your and your pet’s needs, too. Many carriers allow dogs and cats of a certain size (usually under 15 pounds) to travel with you in the cabin. Make sure the plan ahead, though, as space is very limited and pet reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis.
