Palm Beach is an amazing barrier island destination in Florida that people visit primarily because they are interested in a terrific vacation on a beautiful beach. Those people who spend time in Palm Beach will find that there is actually a lot more to do here than just lounge around sunbathing (although there is ample opportunity to do that as well!) With all of the different activities that you’ll enjoy both in and out of the water, you are definitely going to work up an appetite. When you do, you’ll want to make sure that you take yourself out to some of the hottest restaurants in the area so that you can supplement your great vacation with a great dining experience.

Here are some of Palm Beach’s hottest restaurants:

Breakers Hotel Restaurants. The Breakers Hotel is a place that you absolutely must visit during a stay in Palm Beach, not specifically because it’s an impressive hotel (although it is) but because it’s a hotel that holds historic importance for the Palm Beach area. It originally opened in the nineteenth century and was rebuilt twice after fires over the years. Today, it’s a popular place for tourists to visit and it’s a place where you can enjoy amazing food at seven different on-site restaurants:

1. L’ Escalier. This is the main signature fine dining restaurant at The Breakers. It’s Parisian food at its best so you can feel like you’ve stepped away from Palm Beach for awhile and straight into the stomach of France.
2. The Beach Club. This restaurant offers upscale Mediterranean cuisine at a relatively affordable price. Splendid views of the beach and frequent live music entertainment are two favorite things at this restaurant.
3. The Ocean Grill. This is the hotel’s lunch-only restaurant that has outdoor seating and great views of the ocean. If you’re looking for something light but classy then this is a good spot.
4. ECHO. This is the Asian-fusion restaurant operated on site of The Breakers Hotels. If you’re in the mood for Asian cuisine then you should look no further than this hot spot.

5. The Circle. This restaurant is primarily favored by people who are actually staying in the accommodations at The Breakers Hotel because of the fact that it’s a brunch spot. However, this amazing buffet is appealing enough to also draw in early risers who are just interested in visiting for a meal.
6. The Flagler Steakhouse. You are going to find that there is an abundance of steakhouse dining options in Palm Beach but this is one of the better upscale steak places in the area.
7. The Italian Restaurant. The name says it all but the quality of the food and the dining experience here will have you talking about it days after you’ve done your dining.

Worth Avenue Restaurants. One of the premier shopping districts in Palm Beach is Worth Avenue. This is where people go to get the name brand items that are often only found in large, upscale urban areas. We all know that shopping makes you hungry so it’s little surprise that some of the hottest Palm Beach restaurants can be found in this area:

1. Bice Ristorante. There are two distinct reasons that people go to this upscale Italian restaurant. The first is that the food is great. The second is that this is known as one of those places to “see and be seen”.

2. Renato’s. If you’re looking to do the seeing then you might want to check out this restaurant which is known for having a number of celebrities visiting it on a regular basis. Just make sure that you’re discreet when you spot them because this place emphasizes the privacy of all patrons. Contemporary French-inspired dishes should keep you happy even if you don’t spot anyone famous here.
3. Ta-boo. This is a bistro and bar that is known as much for its great ambiance as for its great food. With a roll-away roof and a history of celebrity clientele, this place is a terrific place for a great dining experience.
4. Trevini Ristorante. You can never have too much Italian food in an upscale shopping and dining area. This is another place where the entire dining experience is unbeatable.

Other Hot Restaurants. The Breakers Hotel and the Worth Avenue shopping district are hardly the only places for great dining in Palm Beach. Here are some of the other hot restaurants around town:

1. Cafe Boulud. New York restaurant genius Daniel Boulud finally decided to take his culinary talents outside of Manhattan and into the heart of Palm Beach. This restaurant features a French-inspired menu that includes foods from all around the world. The ambiance offers the perfect blend of New York’s big city style with the laidback attitude of Florida vacations.
2. Cafe L’Europe. This restaurant is considered to be one of the best restaurants in Palm Beach not only for its food but also for the wine that so perfectly compliments each dish. For many years, this restaurant was a Worth Avenue restaurant and it continues to have that upscale trendy feel today despite the fact that it has moved to a new, larger location in recent years.
3. Chez Jean-Pierre Bistro. This is a dinner-only restaurant that is upscale as the name suggests that it might be. It’s not difficult to guess that you’re going to get French food here but what you may not realize at first is that it’s food from the South of France where everything is rich and wonderful.
4. Four Seasons Restaurants. The hotel that is best known for its Palm Beach dining may be The Breakers but the Four Seasons gives it a run for its money. There are three different on-site restaurants here that are all good. The one that you want to select for some serious upscale dining is simply called The Restaurant. The seasonal menu at this place regularly wins awards in the area.

5. The Capital Grille. People who are seeking out a great steakhouse and who want to try something that’s not located at The Breakers Hotel will want to look no further than this restaurant which is recognized as being one of the best fine dining steakhouses in the area. Of course, there are other dining options here as well with seafood being the most popular choice second to steak. Whatever you order, expect to spend a lot of time here; the service is great but it’s the kind of place where you’re just going to want to linger over your food and enjoy every minute.
6. Il Bellagio. Many people who seek out an Italian restaurant want to find the place that is going to give them the biggest portions. Unfortunately, this often means compromising on the quality of the food. That’s not the case with this Italian restaurant where the portions are big but the quality of the food remains high.

It is actually difficult to spend time looking for a restaurant in Palm Beach and not find something that is going to appeal to you. Whether you’re looking for some exclusive fine dining in a destination where you might spot some celebrities on vacation or you’re seeking out a great place for a quick bite of lunch with an ocean view, there is bound to be a hot restaurant in Palm Beach that can satisfy the cravings that you have.
