This golf course has been open since 1960 so it’s a well-played course although improvements have been regularly made to it over time. The Glenbrook Golf Course is a full eighteen-hole golf course with a par of 71 and a course rating of 70.5.
• Gus Wortham Park Golf Course. This was originally a beautiful privately-owned golf course that was eventually taken over by the city. This is considered to be the most “fun” golf course in the city of Houston and also the most ideal for people of varied skill levels because of the different types of challenges that are encountered while playing here.
